About The Client :

Situated centrally in the city, Hotel Shreemaya is a successful and famous business hotel in Indore for more than 3 decades. The hotel is known for quality of its food and service excellence all over India. Shreemaya has achieved a unique brand identity in hotel industry in Central India.

We are associated with Shreemaya since its inception, i.e. for 30 years. This, being our first hotel project, deserves a very special place in our list of projects. We are proud to be part of continuous renovation process of Shreemaya during this tenure

Requirement :

Planning and a perfect coordination between all departments play a very important role in running a hotel smoothly, for example House Keeping, Room Service, Kitchens, Laundry, etc. Hotels need to accommodate changing requirements of their clients and time hence there was a demand for periodical renovations. The hotel is equally appreciated by all class of peoples in the city hence strive to maintain that mass appeal.

Design Concept :

Being a business hotel catering to a wide variety of clients, an economically viable yet elegant design was required. The hotel has 69 guest rooms, 3 conference halls, 1 banquet hall, business centre, library, gym, coffee shop, 1 Fine Dining Restaurant and 1 buffet restaurant. A blend of Luxury and Economy has been maintained in all its ambience and amenities. This is how it attracts mass appeal and gives soothing effects to the visitors. Even the furniture has been designed in a way that makes it easy to maintain, clean and is durable, too. The hotel has been planned to facilitate this mutual cooperation between all three departments without disturbing the public areas.
